How much of a slow down or throttling should we expect after 10GB of tethering on Unlimited+?

Note: We live in a VERY RURAL area, not a lot of congestion and probably only 200-300 ATT customers at best in a 5 mile radius We just changed plans but our ONLY, yes our ONLY internet at home on the PC is via tethering. On our old (40 GB) a month we tethered about 30 GB a month but the ATT represen

22GB is not a REAL limit

I've currently used about 35GB this cycle which is about normal.  Never had speeds reduced by ATT.  You only get reduced if you've exceeded 22GB and the nearest tower is near 100% capacity at that particular time.  Most folks will NEVER be throttled in any sort of way.  FYI

Verizion Backs Off Throttling, Lets Ask AT&T to treat us the same!

Verizion reversed its decision to throttle unlimited data customers after receiving a letter from the FCC. Let's politely ask AT&T to do the same for its most loyal customers.  You can have all the data you want at un-throttled speeds but you have to pay for it GB by GB.  At the same time AT&T state

Is AT&T deliberately throttling me? I feel thoroughly ripped off.

I've been an AT&T customer since 2003 and have had an unlimited data plan since 2008 or so. I started off with BlackBerrys and for the last 3 years have had an iPhone. Back in 2008 AT&T's 3G coverage in Manhattan was pretty abysmal to say the least. Then at some point they announced with great fanfa
