Rollover

I recieved a new phone 7-22-16. We lowered out usage from 25 to 15 mb. We are already getting noticed that we have used 90% of our alotted time, but in fact should have 20.80 mb left over from last month. Can you please correct?

1GB for $15 eligible for rollover data?

I exceeded my 3GB monthly data this month & was given an additional 1GB for $15. I have four days left in this billing period. Will whatever is left of the extra 1GB also be eligible for rollover? Or will I lose it as it is not part of my 3GB allotted data plan?

Why doesn't my "rollover" data actually rollover from month to month?

Yesterday was the end of my billing cycle. I had used 57 of 67 available Gb. Yet this morning I only had 62 Gb available for the April billing cycle. (meaning it only saved me the 3gb I didn't use of the 60gb I paid for in March). Which tells me this "rollover" data isn't acutally rolling over cumul
