What is unreasonable amount of time for a customer paying over $150 a month to have no internet, phone, and TV? Arris NVG599 drops internet several times a day, every day

Cellular Data not working despite full bars and "5Ge" symbol up top

AT&T Fiber Internet Running Slower than normal - do I need a replacement Gateway?

Been using AT&T Fiber Internet and typically (for several years) normal speeds are 900+ mbps both down and up. This past weekend it has slowed down, and gradually increasing.    Started at 50mbps on speedtest and has now maxed out at 150 mbps consistently. Here's the weirdness.
