My text and MMS tones have stopped working. All other sounds work as they should. I get the pop up notice when i get a text but no sound. Doesn't matter what sound I choose.

My LG G3 keeps randomly restarting itself on its own and will no longer load certain apps. I've had it since March 2015. I've been trying to research the issue and it seems like most people are blaming a faulty battery. Has anyone else had this issue and can confirm or deny this?
