how do I...I am not under contract and want to remove a line to downgrade my wireless plan to individual planHow do I remove the device and line to change my plan? Do I have to call /go into a location OR can I just do it myself online???
My child previously had their own go phone account using an iphone. A couple months ago, we moved their phone to our new multi-line prepaid plan. Now that child is out of the country until mid-May and we need to move them back to their individual account and change their plan to the 25-cents-per-min
