Inaccurate guide

I have noticed on a couple of occasions the information on the guide is not accurate. Just now according to the guide, "soundtracks" is playing on CNN, yet the show that is actually playing is "CNN Tonight with Don Lemon". Anyone else having this issue? Any advise?

On the device unlock request form, if I click "NO" where it asks if I am a customer, the "next" button grays out. Disconnect / Cancel Internet DSL Account

I tried calling all the 1-800 numbers you provided and was transferred 6 times, waited on hold for 2 hours and today was on hold for an hour and STILL NOT resolve. ATT is giving me a hard time to cancel or disconnect my account. Trying this one, I HOPE THEY CALL OR RESPOND TO ME!
