Uverse DVR randomly deleting recordings

My DVR just deleted about 30 recordings yesterday.  DVR was no more than 10% full.  This has happened before, as I just figured my wife had been delete happy.This happened while we were gone, so no foul play proven.  I had 30 recordings in the morning, now only 2.

Receiver goes bad you lose all of your recordings fyi

Just fyi one of my receivers went bad so I lost all of my recordings and you can't get them back. Do everything you can to save your receiver if you can. I like live chat much better I think. My own two cents next, possible solutions go online and find your episodes/ series, search on demand and hop
