About Discount

Outdoor cable burial

AT&T installed new cables to me & my neighbor about 4 weeks ago, both cables left above ground.At some point since then my neighbour’s cable was buried,mine was not despite the fact they are a few feet apart. MyAtt&t website really does not offer any way to address this kind of issue.

Does a tech need to come out from Internet 10/1 to Internet 55/10?

I have been horrible trouble trying to schedule a tech to come and upgrade my current internet. I've been lied to by multiple reps that they switched my appt time to either after 4pm or on a weekend, just to be told by another rep they don't do that.
