"Upgrade" downgrade
Has anyone else recieved an "Upgraded" phone that was unrequested and not as good as the phone being replaced? My wife had a Note 4 that was damaged, the replacement sent was a Galaxy s6 as an "upgrade". The s6 is a horrible phone without 1/3 of the functionality of a Note phone. The unit is sealed,

How do I reactivate my phone?
I went to the ATT store in the Victoria Texas mall and they tried the old bait and switch maneuver kinda on me. I told them that I wanted to trade in my iPhone 6 for a new IPhone 7 and they were really nice and said "sure we can help you". So they take my information have me sign 2 digital signature
