Hi, I signed up for a PrePaid monthly auto paid sim and I have no left the US and now want to cancel it. I tried to go on my Myat&t account but it sent the password to my at&t sim card which does not have signal so I can't login to cancel it.I called the 1-800-901-9878 (US number) and I called 0044

I traveled to the US 2 month ago. I bought a new sim card and I said to the AT&T staff I use the 40-$ plan for only 1 month, because I backed to Canada after that. Until now, however, I have charged 80$ for 2 months.I dont have any ID and password to make a live chat, dont have any customer service

So, my wife and I had the option to switch to At&t next installment back in January. We both got Galaxy phones, We thought it was going to be a better deal. well turns out our bill is extreamly higher.It ranges from 170.00 to about 200.00 . This is crazy for both of us. it's only us two on the plan.
