Just signed up for the introductory 12-month offer to AT&T Fiber. A couple of quick questions. There is no way to Ethernet wire directly from the ONT Terminal to my own third-party router (ASUS RT-AC68U), as the ONT Terminal needs to communicate with an AT&T Device (like the Arris BGW210-700) to man

Can’t login online to suspend payments

I have had to return back to Australia due to my college closing from COVID-19 so want to suspend my autopay but I can’t login from outside the US. I have tried calling 611 but only got a robot which said to login online which doesn’t work. Is there another way in which I can stop my prepaid payment

I found my way to the past messages but is there a way to see what was actually said and pictures or videos sent? It's great the numbers and times but I need to know if it's a telemarketer, or doctors office, or some kind of inappropriate conversation..

Will AutoPay charge my new card or both my new and previous card on file?
