Isn't there any other way to get refund without the wireless number?

Hi I bought the prepaid sim card at Berkeley at&t house. I thought it is prepaid sim card which is already charged and if I used all of my data that I paid, it's just done like any other prepaid SIM card. I used it during summer time 2019 for about 2 or 3 weeks and came back to Korea at AUG,16,2019.

ATT charged me 4 times in 2 days, how can I get the 3 extra payments refund?
