My AT&T internet bill rose by $20 for no reason. It says there are monthly charges that caused this change, but I have no idea why it happened. Background: I just got my AT&T internet about a year ago. Any ideas about this increase? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

I tried to verify MAC addresses from an iPhone and an iPad as detected by the gateway and Smart Home Manager (SHM). The gateway and SHM agree with the same address but they are different than shown on iPhone/iPad (status/general/about/Wi-Fi Address). Why?
