Turbo Hotspot 2 not receiving temporary account password

I purchased a turbo hotspot 2 last week that has been working fine, but I do not know the account password. I went to the customer portal and used to tool to reset the password but my hotspot never receives any messages. Calling the support line won't let me talk to a human unless I know the account

I have one of those internet boxes that you buy internet data for and I wanted to see if I used up all my data and pay the bill before the month is up will it reload right away? Or will I have to wait for the 30 days before it puts data back on?
