Turbo Hot Spot 2 not getting 5G signal

I have a prepaid Turbo Hot Spot 2. I've tried using it in multiple locations that are listed on the AT&T prepaid site and I can only get LTE. I've reset the device and checked for firmware updates. What else can I do? Thanks
