Wi-Fi connected to Visio TV, but built in apps say it is disconnected.

How do I get the Visio TV built in apps to work? I have a strong Wi-Fi signal on the TV, but they won't boot up, keeps saying it's disconnected from the network.  Also tried it with Ethernet, same thing happened.

I need a new router. Can I buy any router?

I have had this router for YEARS, once ATT said that they would send me an updated modem and bill me. They never did. Our original service is clunky, at best. The installers had trouble hooking things up correctly. So they installed a wire to a pole, ran the wire, outside, from the pole to our house

Why did I lose my shows when I got a new U-verse DVR box?

Uverse Guide - Getting information rather than program name

When I choose guide on the uverse TV, every station says 'Getting Information' rather than providing the program name. I never had that happen before.  I rebooted the gateway and the receivers with the same results.  What is the solution to fix this?

on demand not updating

The On Demand has NOT updated Days of our Lives since JUNE 25th!!! This is an AT&T problem.  My friends with AT&T don't have it either.  My friends with Comcast DO have it!  I have reported this problem but nothing is being done about it!!

Splitting 2gh from 5gh so I can connect my HP printer to wifi

My bill is not accurate. A promotion was removed erroneously which doubled my bill. This is promotion was to last 12 months which is what was told to me over the phone when I decided to move my services instead of cancelling them. Please update my bill and account to reflect the correct amount.
