DVR Red X Grey 8

For months my DVR has stopped functioning at times and showed the Red X Grey 8 message. I searched online and found solutions to reboot the DVR. I did that for several occasions, and the DVR began working again. I also made use of the Disaster Recovery feature. Tonight, the message will NOT go away.
