Wireless receivers only work when main DVR is unplugged, How intarnation do I resolve this issue?

Receiver goes bad you lose all of your recordings fyi

Just fyi one of my receivers went bad so I lost all of my recordings and you can't get them back. Do everything you can to save your receiver if you can.
