I've moved to new location and now I have almost no cell phone service in my new home. Is there any solutions from AT&T (signal boosters, etc) or do I have to switch to Verizon? The surprising part is this is in a well populated and busy area, not in the country or anything.

Does the WORLD CONNECT feature on an account holder's AT&T line allow the account holder to contact the U.S. and be contacted from the U.S. while the account owner is physically located and working in another country - specifically France?? Thanks in advance any and all help!

Phoenix 4 phone - not sending or recieving text messages

My text situation has gotten progressively worse. Often I cannot receive picture messages. In the past 24-48 hours, texts have been getting stuck in the "sending" stage.   Restarting the machine sometimes helps, but not always. I have also not received any messages after testing.
