Samsung Galaxy S9 all up to date. I've tried everything (even samsung tech support) except my last resort of doing a hard reset. This issue is fairly new within only a couple weeks. Everything looks fine on my end but my friends and family are not receiving any of my pictures. AT&T is my carrier
