AT&T is my ISP.   I have Fiber Optic lines up to the house.   I'm told that once the Fiber Optic hits the house connection, it slows down because it then travels over copper wire.   How can I bypass or fix this so that the Fiber Optic goes all the way to my computer?   Thanks for any advise!
