This company is one giant headache.

Don't get me wrong, the customer service representatives have been very nice. However, AT&T can't seem to get their act together in the simplest ways. If you want to avoid a headache, DON'T GO WITH AT&T!!! I've been trying to transfer over to them from verizon for over a month at this point.
