Paying for 1 Gig and only getting 60 MBPS.

Why is my 5G service so horrible in my home?

I recently got a new iPhone 12 because of the 5G service. Thank goodness I have wifi because the 5G service at my home is ridiculous. I just ran a speed test and I'm getting 6.20 down and 0.42 up. Hotspot Tethering is NOT ALLOWED for AT&T prepaid phones?
