Getting Bill Reminders: NOT MY ACCOUNT

I keep getting emails from ATT about an account that is not mine. They have the wrong email address (mine!) for their customer. Calling ATT does not help. They say "it will go away" Meanwhile, their customer is not getting necessary email about their wireless account.
