We switched from our copper service to VOIP and installed new Panasonic phones. We can forward when we are in the office but we need to forward that office line when we are away from the office.

Once the money on a prepaid refund card is spent, does the card have to be cancelled? Or can someone just pitch it?

There is a pedestal sitting into my property by 3 feet, not on the property line, of a 30 year old home. I'm assuming it was installed when the tract was developed. It has rusted off under ground and fallen over. I have reported it to local servicemen in my neighborhood with no action being taken.
