Will I be able to buy a Fairphone and connect it to my AT&T service?

On and off connection for a month. Spent 45 minutes this morning on the phone having the router inspected - no issues found, but still having problems. A service technician needs to check the outside line. I find this app and on- line services to not be very helpful.
