Usage detail of incoming text messages showing my number, not the number that I am receiving the text from

Hello Support, I recently updated my phone with the latest update. However, I still do not have the text reaction feature. My wife has a S22+ and it also does not have that feature too. I noticed other S22 from other carriers have it. May you assist? Thank you. - Linh

This problem just recently began approximately three weeks ago. Both android and iOS are not receiving verification codes via text. When a call is an option, the code comes in voice call. Not every site has that option. The problem is on all sites. Checked all settings and turned off Wi-Fi calling.
