My bill always fluctuates

I was wondering why my bill goes up and down every month. One month it was $172. The next month it was $44. Then the next month it’s $77. I haven’t change my plan but I do hesitant to subscribe to auto pay because I can’t predict what my bill would be. this is extremely frustrating

Have cancelled my account and returned phone (unopened and within 7 days), still got billed !!

I canceled my account back in Sep,2022. I had ordered 2 iPhone 14 PRO.. but decided against it, so i returned both phones as soon as the arrived, without even opening the box.. I have the tracking numbers for both returns.. I was told all is well and then in Nov i was changed over $700.. no bill

Have to call every month to get the trade-in credit!

Traded in my iPhone for a new one last year and received an 800.00 trade in. In June of this year AT&T emailed me my plan was no longer supported and to call them.  I did...they did whatever they did and in July my monthly 25.00 credit for the trade-in disappeared.  I call every month

Charged 315 for non returned phone

I’ve seen many people have the same issue with being charged a non return fee even though they returned the phone and i feel as if this is not fair! ATT needs to have a better process with returns so stuff like this doesn’t happen. Has anybody gone through this and got the fee removed?
