Not receiving email from gmail accounts

Last 2 days I have not received email from gmail accounts. I have received from other accounts and can email myself. This happens whether I use the browser or my Mac Mail app.  Any ideas?

Poor signal!

My phone which I got from att is blacklisted

So basically my cellular data won’t roam no matter how many bars I have or what settings are on. Whenever I try to call someone it says this device has been blocked from network use. Switched its SIM card and still has the same problem (Apple IPhone 11).
