I bought and hung a new TV outside, connected the box Uverse sent me, programmed the remote so it turns the TV on/off, rebooted the cable box. I now have a blue screen that says "Press OK to get On Demand."  But I get no response when pressing OK, or any other key on the remote.

Yeah let me say this about yall return policy, how come it states that if a phone be bought by phone from AT&T, it can be return to any AT&T retail store during the return and exchange period, as I went to 2 AT&T retail stores yesterday to try and return that phone and no luck in either

constantly having to reset password

Every 2 weeks I get signed out and I have to put my password back in. Problem is that it's not accepted and I can't get back in to my email. I'm forced to reset the password. Download speed capped at less than 10% of upload

NVG589 gateway

ATT recently said they would no longer provide updates to my NVG589 gateway. They said it will still work but I will no longer receive security patches and improvements. Does this leave me open to a security breach? Will ATT provide a new gateway that they will support?

2Gb and 5Gb connections - Which gateway is used with those?

I recently received an offer to upgrade my internet speed from my current 1Gb connection to a 2Gb connection, but I have the Nokia gateway in passthrough mode, and the connection to my router is a 1Gb ethernet over twisted pair. It would make no sense to pay extra for faster speed with this uplink
