Has anyone dealt with a broken sewer line or property damage due to At&t's contractors or have had to go thru Sedgwick?

At&t upgraded their fiber in our neighborhood in March. The contractors hired by them bored right thru my sewer line causing multiple backups in the house. I have called repeatedly, been on hold and redirected to departments that are "sorry for the inconvenience", and "understand my frustration"
