Need to get this phone unlocked so I can sell it

I am unable to use my prepaid account with AT&T because I woke up to it being suspended, and I want to know the reason for this action.

I've activated my SIM card and used the connection with my Peplink Router for 2 weeks. Now, it's stuck on "Obtaining IP Address." I attempted to restart the router and manually enter the APN of "broadband" but nothing seems to work. It appears my plan is still active and I have plenty of data.
