When getting calls my iPhones be 13 will not ring. Can you help me

I have Galaxy Note s8 ( since Nov. 2019 ) and just today all of sudden I can't hear the party on the other side when I call or receive call .!!! I tried taking off the SIM card and put it back , Recovery, check almost everything but still nothing works!!!
