I’ve had max included in my account, and I could use it up until about a week ago. It signed me out and says it can’t verify subscription. Called AT&T and the lady told me that it’s only included if you have uverse, even though I’ve never had that service.

Like everyone else, I'm having an issue with Max recognizing my provider grants me access. I just checked and both my fiber Internet and my wireless plan include MAX - so I should get twice the quality :) Devices that are already signed in are working fine, but I can not sign in a new device.
