The uverse app is no longer working. Tried deleting and reinstalling. Nada

Lost power for two days. When rebooted, TV in primary room is frozen on just wait. I have three other boxes in the house that are all working. Internet is working well. I’ve tried multiple restarts and browsing the message boards. Model is IPH8010. Any help would be appreciated. 

I am unable to log-in to Max Service even though it is a part of my wireless subscription. I have followed all of the troubleshooting steps to no avail.  Please help

We have AT&T U-verse and lately random shows on our DVR have started to disappear. AT&T have been out twice. They replaced the DVR then replaced the router. I just checked the recordings and 4 have vanished. Any idea what could be causing this? The DVR is not full and shows over 70% space available.
