My calls from inmate using GTL prepaid collection account won't allow permission

When I receive call from jail, operator states it is prepaid and if I accept, press zero.  I pressed zero five times.  Nothing happens.  Operator repeats instructions then hangs up

Voicemail Save ALL At Once Not 1-at-a-time

How do I save all my voicemails at once? iPhone has 200 saved. Some deceased relatives, VIP business voicemails, etc. I do not have endless hours trying to save each one individually. If nobody knows how to do that, can you sort by duration (longest to shortest)? That would help! Thanks.
