Why is AT&T Holding Back on the CSB3 February Security patch when they clearly have it available?

I have seen a screenshot of an AT&T user's Note 9 with AT&T Baseband Version N960USQU1CSB3 dated Fri Feb 15 2019.

Why aren't they releasing it to the general public, because from what I hear, it solves the GPS Error issue and the majority of the Bluetooth issues that everyone has been complaining about. I have friends on Verizon and Sprint who have it and confirm this... what's going on AT&T. Why are you holding back on something that will help us out?

Hey there @jimd1050!

The firmware is a rollout which means Samsung releases the update for separate carriers at different times. Make sure you review the Firmware Updates.

We hope this info helps.

Thank you for replying Lar but if you'll look at the screenshot I provided, you'll see that it IS an AT&T CSB3 UPDATE... the person who received, I believe, is the only one who has received the update however? That is what is so strange about it... not sure if also he is an employee or what? Just would be nice to have it to resolve these issues!

Excellent... we got the March Security Update today - skipped right over the February one! N960USQU1CSC1 was delivered via OTA just before noon today and it solved several issues I was having. This thread can be closed by Admin any time now... thanks to Lar for his response!
