Why is Asuriun still sending out broken phones!?!

I just received a Samsung S10+ from  Asurion last night that is a brick! It got stuck on the blue downloading do not power off screen and would not reboot or reset! I took it to the AT&T store for help but as some of you may know the stores are no help with an insurance replacement. I've been without a phone since 12/24. Now I am still without a phone and have to wait for them to mail me a new one. I sure hope they send me a working phone this time!!!!  After this experience I am more than willing to warn others from signing AT&T contracts. Their customer service is non-existent and Asuriun obviously has no quality control and AT&T must not care!
