when on a call all of a suddent i cannot hear who i am talking too

Ji I have a Samsung galaxy S23 Ultra. lately when i am talking to someone on the phone i cannot not then for about 10 or 15 seconds (its like i think my call was dropped and then i can hear them. like yesterday it happened and i kept saying hello are you still  there and after not hearing them i hung up. I then get a text from them saying they could hear me., but for some weird reason  all of a sudden I cannot hear them. this is a new Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra because the other one I had was still under warranty but that one would just drop calls all the time and a lot of times put whoever I was talking to on hold. this would happen while I had them on speaker so i could be hands free, so att sent me this one and while it does not put people on hold  or drop calls all the time I am having issues with hearing whoever i cam talking to. most of the time i can hear them and finish the call. but at least three times in the last two days all of a sudden i hear nothing and then i will hear them again or after waiting for thirty or forty seconds I end the call and text them telling them i had a problem with my phone yet again? any help someone could give me I would appreciate. Never ever have I ever had a problem with any of my previous Samsung galaxies, but the S23 Ultra seems to not like me at all. I cannot believe I am thinking of getting a IPHONE . either that or get a different Samsung phone, this model is just a pain in the butt.
