Whats the address of where I send a phone on the next up program after upgrading?
So, I upgraded to the s23 ultra and currently have an s21 ultra that I need to return back. But where do i send it and do I need to include anything when sending? Like, any account info or a slip of some sort. Please help. thanks!

You need a RMA return label. You can't just mail it in. Without a proper label, it can't be connected back to your account.
Call or find a corporate store
