Warranty replacement for my S22 ultra

Hello I have a tiny crack on the back of my s22 ultra, I requested a warranty replacement since the camera unit was never working properly. Can I still do the warranty or should I send the new phone back in?

That shattered corner is definitely from a fall to the ground.  Seen that on 2 different S8s in my family in the past.  Unfortunately, that does not qualify as a warranty issue.

It would be an insurance claim if you have insurance.  But there's still that 200 dollar, or whatever it is now, deductible.

Doesn’t qualify for warranty replacement with a crack you need to file an insurance claim.

Yeah not entirely sure why AT&T Community Specialist told you to DM them. Even if the camera was not working before the manufacturer is going to look at the crack and deny your claim, do not pass go do not collect $200. File an insurance claim if you have coverage. If you look at the warranty page, physical damage or liquid damage voids your warranty. You are not covered by warranty. You should check your online account to see if you are paying for insurance on your phone line.
