Visual voicemail 10-digit malbox number
Hi there. I'm having trouble accessing my voicemail. When I press the visual voicemail button, it "calls" voicemail and asks me to enter either someone elses, or after pressing # (pound) my own 10-digit mailbox number. I was not informed of a mailbox number, so I have no idea how to get around this. This is a new phone, the galaxy A-14, and I've never had this problem before. How can I fix my voicemail to function normally and not "call" voicemail?
