Verizon Galaxy S5 on AT&T Network, But No "Mobile Hotspot"

Can someone clue me in on what I need to do to get my Samsung Galaxy S5 that was given to me by my company that used to be on the Verizon network. I can get everything to work on the AT&T network except "Mobile Hotspot". What do I need to do to fix this issue!?!?

There is really no fix.  Its a problem when you take a carrier branded phone to another carrier.  You wont get updates either since the phone is no longer on verizon or thats atleast how tmobile and ATT are doing it.

Just like atts galaxy series phones its hard coded to the carrier having it provisioned on the phone. It's looking for a verizon server the phone can't reach.

So I guess trying to contact Verizon for a fix would be my best option?
