UNLOCK PROBLEM
My granddad bought a phone from a friend who paid theres off. It is AT&T and I am trying to unlock it for him. It is a SM-G930A phone, however when I go to the unlock portal if gives me an error saying this phone isnt an AT&T phone, but it clearly is!

Any help with this would be great.
