I have a Samsung Galaxy s21 that is with AT&T The phone is paid for and is eligible to be unlocked. AT&T sent me the unlock code which says invalid and after five unlock attempts with an AT&T person the phone now says too many attempts and is locked to AT&T.
I switched carriers 9 days ago and I have a phone that AT&T cannot unlock which they say Samsung needs to unlock. AT&T and Samsung are saying it is the other one’s fault.
I now have a $1000 phone I cannot use. I have opened three tickets with AT&T with no help to fix my phone.
