Unable to log onto VM Viewer
Samsung Galaxie S6 Active
After installing VM Viewer I am asked for my phone number and PIN. After entering I receive "Login Failed - Incorrect number or PIN. Please ensure you have an account and check your setting are correct"
I resent the voicemail password via the website and the new password does not work. I've also tried the PIN codes I would normally use.
Are the Voicemail Password and Voicemail PIN one in the same (I do not see a way to change the PIN online)?
Visual Voicemail worked for me on my previous Windows phone. Any idea why I can't get it to work on Android?

Wrong application. Voicemail Viewer is for people with landline service that have a special kind of provisioning that allows their mobile phones to check their home voicemail. You need the Visual Voicemail app:

This will work no problem. 🙂

Thanks for pointing that out, I see that you are absolutley correct about Voicemail Viewer.
What I've now run into - Google store says Visual Voicemail is not compatible with my Samsung S6 Active - won't give me an option to install. I really don't want to call forward my messages to another service like Google's and hate calling in to pick up messages. Am I just stuck?
