UHQ Upscaler on Galaxy Note20 ultra
Why is it greyed out? Everything is Bluetooth now... so my earbuds and headphones are wireless. ???? So, is it a useless feature then?

So... all I can come up with is buying an adapter cord and regular headphones. Makes no sense to me! Every upgrade to the new phones comes with disappointments and let downs!
I have been a dedicated Samsung Galaxy user since the beginning....Starting to consider other options!
