trade in program

We traded in our phone and it was accepted end of August 2022 still have not seen any credit for it February anybody else having problems?

Credits should have started in November, December the absolute latest. Have you confirmed that your phone was shipped to hyla Mobile in Tennessee and track the shipment? Do you have proof of shipment or proof of trade in at a corporate store?

Did you meet all the requirements of the promotion which would include a qualified unlimited data plan, purchasing and trading in a qualified phone?

yes kept proof of shipping and acceptance  of the shipment and the plan is still good

Awesome. 

File a Better Business Bureau complaint online. The complaint is forwarded back to AT&T upper management and someone will call you. They will probably give you an email to send your proof of shipment.

I made a trade in at a store back in Sep 2022; the phone was working perfectly fine and had not scratches or breaks. I was confirmed by the store that I qualified. I was able to see the status of the phone until October "Device Received and Processed" I needed an additional step: trade Completed and payment Sent". But after that I did not receive any messages or updates, I called back and I was told that my credit will take 2-3 billing periods,  so I call back on January 2023 as I haven't seen any credit; then I was told that I did not qualified because of my plan!! how come! in the store they told me I did, so they made me to do an upgrade which I did not need it.; and again, I was asked to wait. I am calling again on April 13, 2023, and I been told my credit was 90 dollars because:
- the phone was burnt (lied)
- then because when they upgrade my plan in January,  they did not change the date, so I was out of the grace period.
I sent a phone worth more than 600 USD, their trade program is a SCAM, give your phone to a family or friend in need. This company can not be trusted. I am moving my services (wireless and internet to other carrier)

You had to be on an unlimited data plan with a minimum cost for one line of $75. The starter plan qualified. The value plus plan does not. Metered plans do not.

Changing your plan well after the fact of your trade-in would not earn you any credits. You would have gotten book value for your phone. If you got $90, then that's what it was worth

As I said; READ AGAIN, I did this on a store because they said I QUALIFIED. Their program is a scam

Everyone qualifies, if they do as the deal requires.  You clearly state you did not switch to a qualified plan till well after the trade in
