trade in program

We traded in our phone and it was accepted end of August 2022 still have not seen any credit for it February anybody else having problems?

Credits should have started in November, December the absolute latest. Have you confirmed that your phone was shipped to hyla Mobile in Tennessee and track the shipment? Do you have proof of shipment or proof of trade in at a corporate store?

Did you meet all the requirements of the promotion which would include a qualified unlimited data plan, purchasing and trading in a qualified phone?

yes kept proof of shipping and acceptance  of the shipment and the plan is still good

Awesome. 

File a Better Business Bureau complaint online. The complaint is forwarded back to AT&T upper management and someone will call you. They will probably give you an email to send your proof of shipment.
