The sim card is not working

have a Fold 3 phone, the phone I bought from the United States, there was a SIM card bearing the address of your company, when I inserted the SIM card of my country, it asked me for a confirmation code, I contacted Samsung and they told me that you must write to AT&T

You need to request unlocking the phone online. Your phone has to meet unlocking requirements as noted in the link below.
