Technical Service; Calls Can’t Be Placed

Starting today, my phone won’t place any calls. It always says that “the call you are trying to place is not allowed from this line”. Trying to get it fixed, thanks.

It sounds like your line has been suspended?   Or the phone is not VoLTE capable.

I tried all the troubleshooting options! Nothing has really worked out. I didn’t really understand the updates but I’m pretty sure my phone is all updated. When I tried #21# it was saying error performing request and other details.

Thank you for trying those troubleshooting steps, @alloaday. No worries, we can help you get to the bottom of this.

First, we should try to refresh your connection. Once you are on this page, scroll down to where you will see refresh your connection and click the box that says sign in to start. This will guide you through the process.

If refreshing the connection doesn't resolve the issue, let's reset your network settings:

To do this, go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings.

Please let us know if this helps!
