Tab s5e software update

We'd like to look into why your Tab S5e can't update to the most recent software. 

Are you receiving error messages when you try to update your software?

I appreciate your looking into the issue.

Yes, when I did "Settings-->Software update-->Check for updates", I received the message "Current software is up to date".

As someone suggested, I tried clear data of "Google Service Framework" app and restart the tablet, but the result was the same.

Have you tried doing a factory reset of your device? That can sometimes trigger a software update. If you try this, be sure to back up your photos and any other data you want to save.

I tried but it only went up to the version dated Mar. 24, 2020.

Another possible cause of this issue may be the SIM card. Ensure that your SIM card is properly mounted inside the device; if it is, you may want to visit a store to get a new one and see if that's effective.

Was wondering also why my att Galaxy tab s5e hasn't received any updates since March 2022. Is this the last for this tablet or is my tablet not receiving update anymore.
